Methodology and Training Approach:
INLEX/CA methodology is based on the principles of participative education and learning by doing. 
Our approach is very practical. We do not want an audience; rather, we need active participants. The success of each program will depend of the degree of participation and commitment of each individual and of the entire group.
Activities of each program are a mix of field visits, hands-on practice, processing of experiences, and presentations by local people directly involved in the area on which the program is focused.
