Our Staff:
INLEX/CA is a team of highly qualified people. Mainly Latin Americans with graduate degrees obtained in the United States, our staff has extensive knowledge in areas such as design and 
implementation of development projects, international education, training, non-formal education, human resource development, cross-cultural training, sociology, agriculture, and philosophy. With previous work experience for institutions such as USAID, US Peace Corps, World Learning Inc., CARE International, Partners of the Americas, Overseas Education Fund, and various colleges and universities in the U.S. and Latin America, our staff has sound skills in planning, implementation, evaluation in development, cross-cultural training, and management training.
Geographically, INLEX/CA staff has experience working in the United States, Guatemala, El Salvador, Belize, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, and Thailand.
